Naomi Foster

As the Head of the ADGM branch, Naomi is responsible for managing all aspects of Waystone’s offering to clients in the ADGM, including establishing in the ADGM, becoming regulated by the FSRA, and the provision of ongoing compliance and regulatory support.
In addition to her primary role, Naomi supports our offices across the UAE on a wide range of operational, business development and marketing initiatives.
Naomi joined the team in 2007 and has worked closely with the senior management team for over 14 years to help establish and maintain the business as the leading compliance consultancy firm in the UAE.
Previously, Naomi held a range of operational and management positions in the UK for a British multinational.
