Megan joined Waystone in September 2024. Megan advises clients on Codeof Ethics reporting requirements and manages annual and quarterlyattestation distribution and review. She is well versed in ComplianceAlpha,ComplySci, Greenboard, and MCO and assists with system set-up and real-time personal trading surveillance for clients. She also performs quarterlyelectronic communications monitoring and assists the Form D team withannual amendments and Blue Sky renewals.
She received her B.Sc. in Accountancy from Wright State University and herM. Sc. in Taxation from Capital University. She is a licensed certified publicaccountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
