Megan joined Waystone in September 2024. Megan advises clients on Code of Ethics reporting requirements and manages annual and quarterly attestation distribution and review. She is well versed in Compliance Alpha, ComplySci, Greenboard, and MCO and assists with system set-up and real-time personal trading surveillance for clients. She also performs quarterly electronic communications monitoring and assists the Form D team with annual amendments and Blue Sky renewals.
She received her B.Sc. in Accountancy from Wright State University and her M. Sc. in Taxation from Capital University. She is a licensed certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Illinois.
