      Form PF 2022 – Deadline fast approaching

      Waystone is once again pleased to offer our services to SEC registered investment advisers subject to the annual, part 1 filing requirement for Form PF.

      Form PF Part 1 Qualification Requirements

      SEC registered investment advisers with at least $150M in private fund assets under management as of the last day of their most recently completed fiscal year must complete and submit Form PF. In order to qualify for the short form, annual part 1 only filing requirement, advisers must have at least $150M in private fund assets but less than $1.5Bn in private fund assets under management as of December 31, 2021.

      In keeping with our service offerings from the past, Waystone will once again offer SEC form PF part 1 filing services to our clients.

      Waystone Form PF Filing Program Requirements

      As a reminder, the filing submission deadline is April 30, 2022 for SEC registered investment advisers who met the reporting requirements as of December 31, 2021.

      Clients who wish to participate must execute a contract and put a deposit on file with Waystone.
