Daniel Bailey joined Waystone in December 2024 and is based in the Chicago office. He is an Associate Director at Waystone, where he supports private fund clients and is a member of the Form D and Exempt Reporting Adviser team.
His responsibilities include managing registration processes under the Investment Advisers Act, maintaining compliance manuals, and conducting annual policy reviews and audits.
Bailey holds a Juris Doctor and a Business Law Certificate from IIT Chicago‑Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
