CFTC Staff Publishes Updated Responses to FAQs Regarding Commission Regulation 4.27 and Form CPO-PQR

      The CFTC recently updated its FAQs regarding CFTC Regulation 4.27 and Form CPO-PQR. There are no new FAQs; rather, these updated FAQs reflect the October 2020 amendment to Form CPO-PQR and Regulation 4.27, which is the rule that requires reporting via the Form. Thus, the updated FAQ and supersede the prior 2015 version, which addressed issues on Form CPO-PQR from filing mechanics and deadlines to more technical questions.
