Form ADV annual amendment 2022 – deadline fast approaching

The deadline for annual amendments to Form ADV are due by March 31, 2022.
SEC-registered investment advisers must submit this filing within 90 days after the end of the fiscal year (December 31, 2021).
In addition, in preparation for the filing, each Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and Exempt Reporting Adviser (ERA) must have sufficient funds within their FINRA IARD Flex-Funding Account for the annual amendment and any applicable state notice filing(s) required. Deposits into the Flex-Funding Account may take approximately two business days to process. Please therefore examine internally whether your firm has sufficient funds deposited.
