Karl Cowman is a Director at Waystone Compliance Solutions and has extensive experience working with clients across the financial services industry including investment management, asset owners, banking and insurance with a particular focus on relationship management and client solutions.
He brings to the role well-rounded experience in business development, relationship management, commercial management and risk and governance through engagement and exposure in Europe, the US and APAC markets.
Karl joined the Waystone Group in 2023. Prior to joining Waystone, Karl worked for HSBC for four years in Singapore and previously spent 12 years with Brown Brothers Harriman in Dublin, Boston and Luxembourg, covering fund operations and global client relationships.
Karl is a graduate of University College Dublin, Ireland, studying Business and International Investment Fund Services.
