Kurniati Lesmana joined Waystone Compliance Solutions in 2022, she brings with her over 15 years of banking experience as Wealth Management Relationship Manager across Singapore and Indonesia. Kurniati is skilled in portfolio management, private banking, business relationship management and financial planning.
On the last post prior to her move to Dubai, Kurniati spent six years as a Relationship Manager in one of the largest banks in Southeast Asia, DBS Bank. Her role was handling High Net Worth Individuals portfolios within the private banking division. In this client-facing role, Kurniati managed the onboarding of new clients, undertook regular KYC reviews of her existing clients, carried out wealth management solutions for her clients in adherence to the regulatory standard requirements and the bank’s standard practices. Kurniati was responsible for preparing CDD, EDD, and AML reports, assessing STR and working closely with the compliance department.
At Waystone Compliance Solutions, Kurniati assists clients on a wide range compliance matter including AML, KYC and risk assessment on client onboarding, working on remediation project and providing compliance ad-hoc support whenever required. As part of her role, she conducts world check, media screenings and other key background screenings.
Kurniati holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, (Major in Accountancy) from Parahyangan Catholic University, Indonesia.
