Donna Riches is a compliance professional with over 10 years of experience working within the financial services industry. At Waystone, in her role as Compliance Manager, Donna is responsible for setting up compliance monitoring programmes and undertaking risk-based compliance monitoring and reviews for FCA regulated firms, particularly asset managers. In addition, Donna assists clients with setting up regulatory infrastructures and provides advice in relation to the FCA Handbook. Donna also provides training to clients on how to use Waystone’s CORE RegTech solution.
Prior to joining Waystone, Donna held the role of MiFID II Business Analyst for NatWest Markets, where she managed workstreams specific to investor protection. Previously, Donna was a Manager at PwC in the Risk Consulting team where she led regulatory change workstreams at global investment banks.
Donna has a Law Degree from the University of Southampton and holds a Diploma in Compliance from the International Compliance Association. In addition, Donna has a certificate in ESG investment from the CFA Institute.
