Mase Kazemi

As Country Head – North America, Mase is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities, ensuring the smooth execution of processes, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. He plays a pivotal role in team management, driving service quality, and optimising workflow processes. Additionally, Mase collaborates closely with other department heads to ensure seamless inter-departmental operations and is accountable for adhering to regulatory standards specific to the US market.

Prior to Waystone, Mase was Managing Director and Head of US Operations for Centaur Fund Services US until its acquisition by Waystone in 2023. In this role, he oversaw the comprehensive operational processes and ensured the consistent delivery of fund accounting services, upholding Centaur’s high standing in the industry. He played an integral role in growing the Centaur US business.

Before joining Centaur, Mase held pivotal roles at SS&C GlobeOp, ascending swiftly from Vice President to Senior Vice President. During his tenure, he adeptly managed a business unit, overseeing full middle-office services for one of the company’s largest institutional credit clients. This involved the administration of over 100 CLOs, SMAs, and hedge funds, representing an impressive $65bn in Assets Under Administration. Prior to his time at SS&C, Mase was an influential figure at Citi Hedge Fund Services, where he served as Vice President for a decade.

Mase is a graduate of Montclair State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
